Bugfixes:
- Wrong rx messages on slow host computers. Slow or busy host computers slow down USB bulk transfers, which could lead to wrong rx messages. 
- Wrong rx messages on  virtual machines. If a USB-to-CAN V2 interface is switched between a host/guest machines with different VCI versions (VCI3/VCI4), then wrong rx messages could be received.
  The same issue appears, if a computer is rebooted with a different VCI3/VCI4 version, without a power cycle of the USB-to-CAN V2 interface.
- Cyclic Transmit List optimized for cycle time 0ms

Features:
- USB USB-to-CAN V2 could now operate on VCI4 command e.g. CAN init could use raw bit timing.

Improvements:
- better compatibility in virtual machines.
