If you find a delivery discrepancy, missing parts, or a clearly defective product, you can register an RMA case directly. HMS will correct defects caused by material, design, or manufacturing issues free of charge. You can also use the RMA procedure to request paid services, such as out-of-warranty repairs or calibration.

Credit Return - not quality related

For credit returns you need to contact your local HMS sales representative or sales office for assistance.
